Edmund is a seasoned water engineer with more than a decade of experience in water and wastewater treatment plant operations, process design, and project management across Asia, the Middle East, and Oceania. He is recognized for his ability to lead on-site teams and deliver complex projects with precision and efficiency.
His prior roles have seen him successfully delivered large-scale projects, including the commissioning of world’s largest ceramic membrane system and a 500,000 m³/day multimedia filtration plant. His expertise also extends to pilot systems, where he has successfully designed, commissioned, and operated multiple plants to validate and optimize new technologies.
Combining deep technical knowledge with practical field experience, Edmund consistently drives improvements in efficiency, safety, and operational excellence. His commitment to advancing water infrastructure and sustainability is reinforced by a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from the National University of Singapore and a First-Class Honours degree in Environmental Engineering from Nanyang Technological University.
