Singapore, 5 March 2026 – Atera Water, a Singapore-based water technology company developing advanced membrane solutions for water treatment and recycling, has successfully closed its Seed II funding round, supported by 12 Ventures, Inheritance Enterprises, Oneness Holding, Heyneww Holdings and an investment syndicate from AngelCentral.
The round brings together strategic, institutional, and angel investors aligned with Atera Water’s long-term growth objectives and regional expansion strategy. The funding will support the company’s continued scaling across Southeast Asia, strengthening its commercial and project execution capabilities, and accelerating the deployment of its membrane-based solutions for industrial and commercial water treatment and recycling applications.
Southeast Asia faces increasing pressure on water resources due to rapid industrialisation, urban growth, and climate variability. Atera Water’s technologies address these challenges by enabling customers to treat high-turbidity surface water, recycle and reuse wastewater, and reduce reliance on chemical-intensive processes and freshwater withdrawals, supporting both operational efficiency and sustainability outcomes.
This investment reflects strong alignment around the economic and environmental value of Atera Water’s approach, which combines advanced nanocomposite membrane technology with modular, cost-effective membrane system designs tailored for emerging and growth markets.
